Abdumaruf Qodirov
was born in 1949 in the Namangan region. In 1987 he graduated from the Tashkent Theater and Art Institute. Since 1978, he began his creative work in the State Theater for Young Spectators.
The love of the stage and the ability to work quickly led the actor to the ranks of the stage masters. During his time at the theater, the actor created more than 100 vivid and memorable stage images. Among these roles are the following: “Flying Doctor” Lover, “Shum Bola” – Bai, “Thousand and One Nights” – Jester, “Aladdin’s Magic Lamp” – Zhafar, “The Wooden Doll” – Spider, “Tricks of Abdu” – Brother, “Dream Ship” – Boar, “Alihodja – Khojaali” – Groom, “Disco” – Father and others. And it is also necessary to note the roles in films and television.
In 2007 he was awarded the honorary title “Honored Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
